HCM is a shopping paradise. Their artwork & handicraft are superb. Paintings, handbags, household deco., cloth, shoes are mostly handmade, stitches after stitches. Food is delicious, nicely decorated & cheap too. However, the traffic is a real madness - crowded with motorcycles, noisy from their constant "honk" & very dusty too. Chu Chi Tunnel experience is definitely one the unforgettable experience. It was used by the Viet Kongs to fight the US army. It was very small & narrow, deep under the ground with some areas in total darkness. Mummy had to admit that Mummy almost had a panic attack. (HCM 24-28 Oct 2008)
