Uncontrol BP

Mummy had indigestion last Friday & finally had decided to pay a visit to the GP. Rather surprised when the Dr confirmed that Mummy's BP is rather high (130+/90+) & the gastric may be induced by stress. No wonder Mummy had constant dizziness & nausea lately. Mummy monitored BP for the past few days but it was still uncontrollable. Sigh... Mummy is worry now as Grandma also has high BP. As if the worst is not over, now another nightmare is coming ... Sigh ... Mummy is tired physically & emotionally.
