11.11.11
Today is 11.11.11, a special & an auspicious date. However, nothing special over here, at least for today.
Mummy went for medical check-up yesterday, compulsory before joining D. Hopefully, everything will be fine & Mummy will be able to start working by 21st Nov. Yeah, finally ... Supposed to start on the 16th, but too troublesome as Mummy is throwing a birthday party for Jayvin in his school on the 17th. A day which he has been waiting for a long, long time. If fact, he has diligently helping out in preparing his party bags, from buying to packing them ...
Happy Birthday, 'Koko' Jayvin ...

A New Beginning
New hope, new beginning, new life ... Life is beautiful ...
Still waiting for the D HR to prepare the offer letter. Target date - 15 Nov, tbc.
Anyway, thank you for all the prayers and thank you to Jayvin & Rayvin. Love you all ...
3rd Round
Mummy is attending the 3rd round interview at D later. Hopefully, a fruitful one ... Let this be the last ever session for many years to go ... Love u, Jayvin & Rayvin.
Exam Week
It's 'Koko' Jayvin exam week again. Mummy is 'kan cheong' over it, much more compared to Jayvin. Had been fetching Jayvin everyday from school since Monday & guide him through with the revisions. A tiring job, hmmm ..., so much tiring compared to working. Such a relieve that today is his last paper. I guess that's a norm for all mothers with school going children ... Ohh, so many more exciting years to go ...
28 October 2011
It's Friday
Yeah, going to fetch 'Koko' Jayvin from school later. Has been a practice to fetch him every Friday since Mummy is not working. Well, spend some precious time with him while Mummy afford to ...
Mummy looked through this blog again just now, backdated to years ago, times when the pain of losing baby angel Rayvin was so intense. Weeping queitly in this little bedroom, flashed back to memories years ago - the hope, the happiness, the shock, the madness, the despair, the disappointment, the sadness, the 'nothing' in the end ...
Ohh, it's still so painful. It hurts so much. It has changed Mummy's life so much, Mummy's thoughts, Mummy's actions nowadays. It hurts & will always be ...
Missing you & loving you so much, baby Rayvin (3Y3M5D) ...
27 October 2011
Back to Norm
'Koko' Jayvin is back to school today after 5 days away from school. A bit cranky this morning. Hopefully, he is well & able to catch up with all those revision. This week is the school's revision week, preparing for next week exams.
Nothing much, still waiting for the positive replies and calls.
The 2nd interview at D last Monday went rather well, minus Mummy's bad cough and sore throat. Mummy was given an opportunity for a new position, a position that was not approved yet! The GM needs to discuss further with her boss again. Sigh, a waiting game ... a risky game ...
It has been a month now, hopefully there is a bright light at the other side of the tunnel ...
Happy Deepavali
Yesterday was the Deepavali celebration for the Hindus. However, the Aunty & her family were all celebrating in Karak, therefore no Deepavali open house for yesterday. Might visit them in Cheras this weekend though, to be confirmed later. After all, 'Koko' Jayvin needs to stay at home to fully recover and revise his study !!!
25 October 2011
Measles
Today, he is resting at home, been away from school for 2 days but is still playful, except for the persistent itchiness on both his limbs, head, in fact the whole body. A long holiday for him and away from the revision and school. A good timing for him. Well, that's 'Koko' Jayvin, intelligent but very, very lazy ...
21 October 2011
Hooray ...
Not the best news, but at least the 2nd interview is scheduled for next Monday with the GM. Finally ... Still waiting for the response from the L company for the tele-interview. Just can't wait to go back to work ... Please answer my little prayer ...
20 October 2011
Pap Smear
Had been 3 long years since Mummy's last pap smear. Gathering up the courage, Mummy went for the test this morning at the 1Malaysia Clinic, Seri Malaysia, which is only 5 minutes away from our home. The best part is it only cost RM1!!! This also include the breast examination. Amazing yeah, where else outside GPs charge around RM80. The down side is Mummy has to wait for around 1 month for the test result. With only RM1, it can always wait ...
19 October 2011
Peaceful ...
Living in a slow-paced lifestyle now. Feels good & refreshing. Keep up with all the 'things-to-do' which have been postponed for ages now. Run a bit of the errand yesterday, and great to announce that Mummy is almost finishing the 2nd novels, just within a week. Hmm .. the Shopaholics series, very entertaining. Peaceful & lovely life, but miss a bit of the fast & mad, mad world out there. Lose out on the latest gossips & happenings too. Miss the S11 too ...
Hopefully, the new 'Star' will change everything & according to the 2012 prediction, it's the best ever year for Rabbit, especially the Wood Rabbit. Ohh, just can't wait ...
Today ...
There are two days in every week that we should not worry about,
Two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One is YESTERDAY, with its mistakes and cares,
Its faults and blunders, its aches and pains.
YESTERDAY has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back YESTERDAY.
We cannot undo a single act we performed.
Nor can we erase a single word we've said - YESTERDAY is gone!
The other day we shouldn't worry about is TOMORROW,
With its impossible adversaries, its burden,
Its hopeful promise and poor performance.
TOMORROW is beyond our control.
TOMORROW'S sun will rise either in splendor,
Or behind a mask of clouds - but it will rise.
And until it does, we have no stake in TOMORROW,
For it is yet unborn.
This leaves only one day - TODAY.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when we add the burdens of ,
YESTERDAY and TOMORROW that we break down.
It is not the experience of TODAY that drives people mad,
It is the remorse of bitterness for something,
Which happened YESTERDAY,
And the dread of what TOMORROW may bring.
Let us, therefore, LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME!
LIVE FOR NOW, TODAY!!
Two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One is YESTERDAY, with its mistakes and cares,
Its faults and blunders, its aches and pains.

3 Weeks
It has been 3 weeks since Mummy stayed at home 'goyang kaki'. Too tired to narrate. Taking this opportunity to rest well before going out to the battle field again. Hopefully, things will be better this time. The past experience were definitely valuable but please, no more. Can't cope with all the madness, stress and most importantly, the violent office politics ...
Currently, Mummy is a stay home mom. Sound rather nice yeah, but rather worrying too as with Mummy's lifestyle and shopping trend, $$$ are too important to be ignored.
Love you, miss you ...

Mooncake Fest 12Sept2011
Celebrated a simple dinner gathering at MIL for this year Mooncake Fest (12Sept). Jayvin had a new 'Ben 10' modern light lantern ready with pop music, and the conventional paper lanterns but printed with the latest 'Angry Bird'. Lovely evening ...

Moody
Not really in the mood today. Had a little chat with aunty D last night about Grandma and VR. Did Mummy pushed it too hard? Do not want Grandma to be too exhausted and stress. At the same time, have to think of VR too as he is only appproaching 2 soon. A little bit cheeky and naughty at times, but a cute and intelligent little boy for sure.
Maybe Mummy is the one who is stress. We end up the little discussion to an emotional moment. It was sad and confusing, a bit too late too ...Aunty said Mummy has changed now, who is not? So many things had happenned, how can it be the still the same ??? It's a long and winding journey out there ...

Kuantan Holiday Again
Mummy and Koko Jayvin are having our own holiday. We are here in Kuantan since Tuesday. Celebrated Grandpa n Veyron's birthday on Wednesday, spent almost a day in Swiss Garden pool and beach yesterday, and now we are here again, at the S-G pool.
A nice holiday, not too great but ok and time flies as the long 9 days holiday are almost to the end now ...
Love u, baby Rayvin ...

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary
Went to Kuala Gandah (on the way to Kuantan) on 28Aug with 'Kong Kong', Grandma, Aunty D & family, and 'Koko' Jayvin, of course. A great family trip and we were thrilled with excitement. Enjoyed the elephant feeding, elephant rides, elephant bathing and it's a great place for children to learn about nature and animals. Despite the hot sunny weather, all of us had so much fun ...

Penang Again
Mummy is in Penang since yesterday. Another working trip and hopefully a fruitful visit. Stayed in hotel room the whole night yesterday, cough, sore throat with husky voice and bodyache is tampering the mood. Had been suffering this almost a week now but the hot sunny day and heavy rain in the evening is not really helping.
Love u and miss u so much last night, today and everyday ...
Btw, aunty Leong has suddenly fall into coma and passed away. A shocking news, but what can we do ??? Life goes on ... Have to be strong.

3rd Anniversary
Walking this sad and cold path alone, nobody else remembered, but Mummy had the little celebration. Fetched 'koko' Jayvin from his kindergarten and had lunch at Jusco. Later, we headed to RT Bakery to buy 2 pieces of cakes, 1 each for the 2 brothers. Nothing much but surprisingly, Jayvin was emotional, cried and keep asking Mummy why little 'titi' Rayvin died and he doesn't want 'titi' to die. Felt bad as Mummy involved Jayvin in this emotional path, but that's the fact!
Days go on, but this little heart of Mummy is still not in peace. It's still choking and tears still rolling down easily, even now. Mummy has to go on, and only for 1 person in this life, my beloved son, Jayvin. Mummy will always, always love you and miss you so much Baby Rayvin, even though we are separated in times and miles ...

3 years ago, Mummy was at the TDMC, anxiously waiting for the arrival of our new baby boy, Rayvin. A memorable day, a tearful day, supposed to be the tears of joy but ended up with tears of sorrow, emptiness and lost of hope and faith. Everything just tumbled down, crashing to the deepest end. No more light, only tears and sadness. The scenario was still so clear in Mummy's mind and it felt like just yesterday. Even though, time goes on, people change, environment change, but nothing will erase you from Mummy's mind. It's a sad, sad, day but who cares? Nobody ! Everyone goes on with their own agenda, leaving Mummy walking through this lonely path alone. It hurts deeply but life goes on. Miss you so much, especially today. Cant even work today.
Last night was a cold and extraordinary windy night. Bathroom door opened by itself several times, the chimes rang in melody, the violent gush of wind trying to make its way to the bedroom and Mummy was wondering .... Were you there ???
Missing you and love you so much, so, so much ...

Simple Birthday 2011
Daddy bought Mummy's birthday cake from Mummy's favourite bakery shop, and it's supposed to be a surprise. Well, it's a surprise birthday cake every year. Had a simple candle blowing, all in our pajamas. Well, that's a difference and special ...
Actually, Mummy had a birthday party celebration with colleagues few days later. A private karaoke session with dinner buffet. It came with a complimentary 'icing cake' and birthday song. Totally crazy & fun ...

Working weekend 2
Mummy's working weekend happened to be Bersih 2.0 rally. A rally of fellow Malaysian for a clean and fair election. A serious crackdown by the police force started 2 weeks earlier. Bersih 2.0 yellow T-shirts were confiscated, several VIP activists were captured and the worst part was the closure of major roads, supposedly to capture the wanted person.
Mummy was never interested in politics till the fateful date, 9July, the day of Bersih 2.0. Mummy was on the way to Summit Hotel in Subang, around 30 km from downtown KL and a very peaceful place, far away from the rally venue. The nightmare came when Mummy was about to reach Summit, 3 minutes away and there was a police block. A big group of police were there, on standby, just standing by and doing nothing at all. 5 lanes highway were narrowed to only 1 lane and the conjestion was horrible. Vehiches were trapped, crawling by inches, tension running high. Mummy was one of them, cramped like a sandwich, blood pressure rising and we started to honk and honk and honk. Unfortunately the noisy horn landed on the deaf ears of the police force. Only 2 policemen were working while the rest were just deep in conversation, smoking or laughing with their peers. It was terrible. Mummy took 1 hour, instead of 3 minutes to reach the destination. Many of us were the victims of the police block. We never had any intention to support the Bersih 2.0, but after the unfortunate event and victimised, we were left with not much choice.
May Malaysia has a better and fair election. Let us, the Malaysian decude fairly ... What a great working weekend ...

Sad, Sad Jayvin
Daddy finally told Jayvin that he is going to outstation for 4 days and upon hearing that Jayvin cried, cried n cried. Very pitiful cried. Daddy is actually going for a hardcore 4x4 trip with grandpa in Terengganu.
How come Jayvin never cry or miss Mummy when Mummy travel outstation??? Sigh ... Jealous, jealous ...
Plan to bring Jayvin shopping today, to the cinema to watch Transformer n trying hard to make him forget Daddy's absence for the next 4 days ...

More Challenging
With the newly proposed organization structure, Mummy will bear heavier responsibilities with almost 25 staffs. Gonna be very challenging, lots of stressful moment, but a good and valuable experience to climb further in the corporate ladder. So glad Mummy had this golden opportunity even though the stress level can be sky high ...
Love u always, baby angel Rayvin and of course, not forgetting my growing up boy, Koko Jayvin ...
20 June 2011
Sick
Mummy has been sick for the past few days. Can't rest well during the weekend too, plus the insomnia, it's really not helping on the recovery process. Will be wearing a bigger hat (responsibilities). Challenging, yet fun too. Gonna be in a fun ride on a roller coaster...

Mummy, 'Koko' Jayvin and Aunt F with her 2 beautiful daughters had so much fun.
Long Lost Neighbour
Had a great childhood in KB with an Indian family and after 27 years, we are meeting up again. Grandpa, grandma and 2nd Aunt family will be here for the gathering. Just can't wait ... Still remember when we were all dresssed up in sarees for the photo shoot. Love it. Had lots of chance to help out aunty in preparing Indian biscuits and delicacies too...
Time flies, every one has taken their own path for a better living. It is a great achievement for both of the families, from living in a small little house, we have progressed so much. Gonna be a great and memorable day today ...
Love all of u, and of course u too, baby Rayvin ...
So Occupied
Went to Kluang for 3 days for ISO trainning, fun n a great experience. Visited the glove factory, and most important of all is getting to know the colleagues so much better. Came back but had fever, flu and bad cough.
Better now, but with the extra responsibilities, it's a mental torture. Can't zzz well for the past 2 days, which happen to be weekend! Suppose to enjoy the cosy slumber, right. Anyway, got to go ahead with a positive thinking and hopefully to be able to find few more good team members to support the business plan and vision.
Please wish Mummy all the best and even though so much in the head, you will always be part of it, baby Angel Rayvin. Miss u ...

Karate
Jayvin has been attending karate class since end April. He loves the session and hopefully he can progress further with it. Sinseh J has been very patient and dedicated in trainning Koko Jayvin. His classmates are mostly black belts with a number of them being national champion, Asia champion etc. Jayvin is still very playful at this moment, hopefully he will pay attention and focus in the coming years ...
Penang Holiday
| Kek Lok Si Temple |
| Durian ... Mummy's favourite |
We went to Kek Lok Si, a beautiful temple on the hill top. So much development over the time and we tried the cable car to the Kuan Yin temple. It drizzle a bit but the journey continued with durians (king of fruit) eating at Balik Pulau. Hmm... Mummy's favourite. Had been taken so much delicious hawker food these 4 days. Really a food paradise, variety and very reasonable too.
It is a wonderful trip ... Wish for more ...

1st Outstation Trip in A
Just came back from Penang (23-25May). Great trip, challenging yet memorable. E, Mummy's sales staff is helpful n accomodating. Had all the delicious food and even to Balik Pulau for durian. Tea time, real chinese tea session was special. Lots of comments from customers but patience and empathy helped. A good trip and hopefully more fruitful trips soon.
Love u, Koko Jayvin and my baby angel Rayvin, we will love u forever ...

Moving Ahead - 7 weeks in A
Mummy is with A for 7 weeks now. So far, things are rather promising minus some inefficiency here & there and a little bit of gossiping behind the back. Anyway, the new team is great & has great potential to improve further. The management is OK so far, giving lots of free hands & very open to proposals & ideas.
Good comments so far & hopefully more to come.

New Life, New Challenge ...
Mummy will start to work by next Monday. It had been a long time (7 months), but also great time to accompany 'Koko' Jayvin. He has shown lots of improvement in his homework & study. Hopefully the momentum continues. Mummy will heading a new sales departing, after years in marketing. A new challenge, very challenging in fact, with 6 sales staff. Feels good. Hopefully, this new journey starts well, ends well ...
Mummy is bring 'Koko' Jayvin to Kuantan today, spending some happy precious moment with him before back to the work force. Grandma & 'Kong Kong' are here since few days ago, therefore we will be travelling together later. They are here for the 'MATTA' fair & booked themselves a trip to North Korea & Shandong in April for RM5003 per pax. Very affordable ... Have a great holiday ...
Love you, baby Rayvin ...

Daddy's House
We went to clean up Daddy's house during the weekend. Pitiful sight at the abandon housing project. It is almost complete, just lack of electricity and water supply. 2 families had shifted there. Hmm... maybe we should start planning to move in too ... It has been abandoned for 6 years, 6 years and the government has no initiative to fix it !!!
Standard 1 Registration
Last Tuesday was the registration day for all 5 years old children to Standard 1 (Primary) in year 2013. In Mummy's hometown, parents started to 'Q' up since Monday midnight. In Klang Valley, parents are much more fortunate as most will only turned up in the morning.
Being 'kiasu', Mummy woke up at 5am (actually too excited for Jayvin till unable to sleep peacefully that night). In the darkness & heavy rain, Mummy reached the school by 6am. Well, none of the parents were there. The guard even said that school gate will only be open for parent at 8am. It rained extremely heavy that morning. What a way to start the challenging day ...
By 8am, Mummy quickly got down from the car & rushed to the school office, equipped with all the required documents. Upon arriving, parents were told that online registration is required before manual registration can be done at school. What ??? We also need to print out the form for the registration. That is double-work and we are talking about high technology !!!
Frustrated & exhausted, Mummy headed to the Mc D for breakfast with Daddy. Jayvin was already at his school by then. Mummy spent the whole morning (8am till 11am) trying to register online but the website was down. Mummy tried zillion times and only by afternoon, there was an official announcement that the website was closed for maintenance purpose. Arghh !!!
Mummy spent the whole day trying to access to the website. Have to check it frequently as late registration can bring disaster! Chances of not getting a place in the school is high for late registration. In fact, it is the hardest school to get into in the area.
Finally, the next morning (Wed), Mummy managed to register online for Jayvin. What a relief. Registration in the school was smooth and fast. In fact at 10.30 am, Jayvin was registered at number 40 only. I guess many parent were still stuck with the registration. My heart goes out for parent who are not familiar with computer or do not own one ...
Anyway, it was a chaotic 2 days just to get Jayvin in the school. The fight is not over yet as the result will only be out in the month of August. Hopefully, he will get a place in that school. Pray hard & hopefully all the children will be thankful to their parent for all the endless love and sacrifice ...
Light
It has been 6 months, hmm ... 1/2 year since Mummy 'shake leg'. Time flies ...
Hopefully, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Bright, long lasting light is soon to be seen ...

Happy Chap Goh Mei
Happy 'Chap Goh Mei' - the 15th night of Chinese New Year. In fact, today is the last day of Chinese New Year which is normally celebrated for the long 15 days.
Nothing special except for continuous sound of firecrackers & fireworks for the moment. Even though it can be rather deafening at times, but it adds colours and sound to the festive. By 12 midnight today, there will be more 'boom' & 'bang'.
Mummy went to lunch with 2 ex-colleagues in PJ today. Catch up with the latest news & happenings. Feels so much better now but the day is still rather young ...
Happy 'Chap Goh Mei' everyone ...

Laptop Out
Mummy's Dell Mini was attacked by virus 2 weeks ago & now, it needs to be admitted to ICU. Hmm ... Hopefully, the days will be better this year ...
Gong Xi Gong Xi
Today is the 7th day of CNY. Mummy & 'Koko' Jayvin are still in KB & Daddy is greeting his old pals in the deep jungle as usual.
We were here since day 2nd CNY. We offered prayer at the Buddhist Association before heading to Great Grandma's house. At night, we had sumptuous dinner of 2 tables with all the relatives at a popular local restaurant - Jin Man Lou, hosted by Great Grandma. However at the rate of RM538 per table, the food is a let down. Anyway, we had a great time gathering, chatting & laughing with the family members.
On the 3rd CNY, Grandma had the Open House as usual. We had 'kao jam' - Thai style of herbal & vege rice served with deep fried fish & chicken. Not forgetting the authentic 'budu' - salty sauce made out of fermented anchovies.
Aunty D & family went back to Kuantan on the 4th CNY where else Aunty K to Singapore on the 5th CNY.
Yesterday, we went to Pantai Irama, Bachok. Beautiful sandy beach with rows of coconut trees. Jayvin had a great time playing with the sands, pines, ants ... In the evening, 'Kong Kong' brought him to Pantai Sabak for a second round of beach. He had a blast time there till late evening.
As a KL city child, a ride on the motorcycle while spoting goats, chickens, ducks, horses, coconut trees, banana trees, paddy field is a wonderful experience for Jayvin.
While Mummy is busy updating this blog currently, Jayvin is out to the Tengku Anis garden with 'Kong Kong' & Grandma. A happy holiday for Jayvin for sure ...

So far, so good, independant & he is already attend his class by himself since Day 2. Mummy's big 'little' boy ...
